Here are the 10 things you should focus on in the New Year. Wait, scratch that!
If you start your year with the goal of accomplishing 10 things, you’ve already lost the battle. No one can do 10 things well and no one can focus on 10 things at a time. Humans are simply not wired that way. But, if you can select 2-3 key things you want to do well in 2017, you’re off to a good start.
For me this year, here are my goals:
- Grow closer with my family
- Run two half marathons and one full marathon at or better than my previous race results.
- Increase visibility and awareness of my new book and companies to add value to those who are looking for the solution they provide
This doesn’t mean that I don’t have 7 additional things that are important to me, of course I do. But I will dilute my energy if I give myself more than these three items to successfully accomplish. Here is to starting the year out strong and accomplishing all you wish to accomplish in 2017.
